I woke up early on the last day of my workshop in Roxas, Palawan anticipating two things: first, that there could be another brownout (blackout) like yesterday and second, that the rural children would probably up very early. There was no power outage that day but my second guess was right. Brought my camera downstairs and started taking random portraits of the young people who were all participants in my children's rights workshop using arts. Most of them had taken their bath and were practically ready for the breakfast and the workshop. Doubled my shots with images of the shirts they painted collectively.
